Our Community Album celebrates each resident-owned community’s successful purchase with pictures and stories. Each community and their story is unique and represents a significant victory for the homeowners and community leaders.
Since ROC USA® Network's inception in May of 2008, its non-profit Certified Technical Assistance Providers have assisted these fine communities of homeowners to become resident-owned communities.
ROC USA Network was launched in May of 2008 and this list only includes communities supported by Network's Certified Technical Assistance Providers since that time. Several of these organizations had helped in total over 100 communities before there was a Network. We salute our pioneering members and co-ops and look forward to serving them in the future, too!
