The Board of Directors at ROC USA, LLC is composed of Members who represent a wide range of our mission. Three are ROC leaders, elected democratically by their peers across the country. ROC USA affiliate organizations elect two technical assistance providers from among their colleagues. Our LLC Members each appoint two Directors while a manufactured housing industry professional rounds out the Board.

Integrity Community Solutions, Inc., (“ICS”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC USA, LLC created for the purpose of accelerating the growth of resident ownership by acquiring MHCs with high vacancy, expansion potential, or which are being sold in multi-community portfolios in states without Right of First Refusal laws.
