LeTeisha Allen joined ROC USA as a human resources generalist on the operations team in 2024.
LeTeisha supports a range of human resources tasks, including benefits, payroll management and HR analysis. She also works in compliance, process improvement and coordination.
Prior to working at ROC USA, LeTeisha was a human resources director for an infrastructure, manufacturing and pipelining company for about three years. She also launched a consulting firm focusing on bridging the gaps between employees and employers and creating healthier work environments through coaching, counseling and advising. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business psychology, with a focus on cognitive psychology and a minor in organizational leadership.
In her spare time, LeTeisha loves a good adventure and spending time with her daughters, enjoying a good cup of coffee at a café, deep-sea fishing and hunting.
