CONCORD, N.H. — The new face to join the ROC USA® Network team is one we’ve known for years, and we’re so glad to have her permanently on board.
Heather Weste recently started as the new Resource Library and Portfolio Manager. In her work, Heather will include creating management guides; helping out with document management and reviews for new and existing communities; building marketing websites for ROCs; and some portfolio management work.
“I’m very excited to join the ROC USA Team,” she said. “It’s a great group of people.”
Prior to joining the Network team, Heather worked as contractor for ROC USA for the last year-and-a-half.
“Heather is a fabulous addition to the team,” said ROC USA Network Director Mary O’Hara, adding that Heather’s track record from her work as a contractor is indicative of the strong work she’ll do in the future.
She’s also worked for ROC-NH, a program of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, the Certified Technical Assistance Provider in the state. She also has experience with grant writing, consulting and compliance monitoring for other non-profit organizations in Maine.
Heather graduated from the University of Southern Maine, earning a degree in International Studies.
With the 10-year anniversary for ROC USA and many of the affiliates, Heather said she’s excited to join that team at this significant time for the Network.
“I’m looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish in the ROC USA’s next 10 years,” she said.
