Lakeville Village, a resident-owned community (ROC) since August, hosts an array of social activities while offering its Members the security and stability of a ROC. Lakeville Village is a seniors community that works with PathStone Corporation for ongoing expert technical assistance.
Volunteer community leaders worked with ROC USA to build the website as part of a comprehensive ROC Marketing Program, a benefit extended to all resident-owned communities that launched with the help of the New Hampshire based non-profit.
