CANAAN, N.H. – Mascoma Valley Cooperative’s marketing website went live today with a site that showcases the ROC’s cozy riverside location in New Hampshire’s Upper Valley.
Visitors to the site can take a virtual drive through the 29-home community.
The site, www.mascomavalley.coop, serves as a much-expanded real estate brochure for the 32-home co-op, whose residents purchased it in June 29. It also showcases some fall foliage while touting the benefits of resident ownership and living in Canaan, where Members’ kids can walk to Mascoma Valley Regional High and Indian River schools.
The ROC receives technical assistance and coaching from ROC-NH. Mascoma Valley’s site features the community’s back story, application info, frequently asked questions for potential homeowners, and a virtual tour.
Mascoma Valley is one of nearly 50 ROCs that have taken their branding online through the ROC Marketing Program, which includes website construction, banners and more. To learn more, write to us at contact_us@rocusa.org.
