Mark your calendars – this year’s ROC Leadership Institute starts June 13. Unlike in past years, however, there’s no need to travel to participate. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are taking the Institute online for 2020.
We will start with my opening remarks and overview of the Institute on June 13 at 3 p.m. Eastern in English and 3:30 p.m. in Spanish.
Everyone is invited – there is no need to register for the opening remarks. All you need is an internet connection and a smartphone, computer or tablet to attend.
After my remarks on June 13, course registration will start online. Courses will take place online beginning July 8th. You can review course descriptions now but registration won’t begin until 4 p.m. on June 13.
Course registration will be done through myROCUSA.org. If you’re already a myROCUSA.org Member, I would recommend making sure you can still log on now in case you’ve lost your password or face issues. If you’re not a Member, joining is fast and easy – simply complete the signup form. Please log on before June 13 to avoid any slowdown in choosing courses.
We will again offer courses in English and Spanish. The technology however does not allow for simultaneous translation, so individual courses will be marked as either English or Spanish only.
As always, the Leadership Institute is completely free to all ROC Members, all it will cost you is your time and dedication. I hope you’ll join us.
