ROC Readiness Survey

 ROC READINESS SURVEY

The survey will inform us of your ROC’s current infrastructure needs. To the best of your ability, identify the types of projects, the status of the projects, and total funding needed. It is important to know that this is an estimate and does not need exact dollar amounts.

Do not contract with anyone to complete this next step.

Leverage ROC USA® staff or your Technical Assistance Provider for assistance.
