Maiya Clanton joined ROC USA® Capital as portfolio manager in May 2022.
Maiya works closely with Resident Owned Communities who borrow from ROC USA Capital to manage tax and insurance escrow accounts, review and approve monthly and quarterly financial reporting and assist with annual portfolio reviews.
Before joining ROC USA Capital, Maiya was a freelance real estate analyst, where she administered support to finance and property management departments, provided due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities, and compiled industry data and performance projections to ensure her clients achieved their desired property performance.
Maiya also has experience working as a project manager at Talisen Construction and as a strategy specialist for BlackHorse Off Road. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY College at Old Westbury and a master’s degree in real estate development from Fordham University.
Maiya is based out of ROC USA’s Washington, D.C., office.
