Alejandro Salcido joined ROC USA Capital as Senior Director of Portfolio and Asset Management in April 2025. He brings extensive experience managing diverse, affordable housing portfolios, driving financial performance, and solving complex operational challenges.
In his previous roles, Alejandro led cross-functional teams in overseeing portfolios valued at over $3 billion, achieving improved financial outcomes and increasing tenant retention. His efforts have consistently delivered operational excellence while fostering community-focused solutions.
Alejandro is deeply committed to advancing equitable housing opportunities, empowering residents, and aligning community goals with financial sustainability. He is excited to contribute to ROC USA’s mission of promoting resident ownership and long-term community stability.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Statistics from California State University, East Bay. In his free time, Alejandro enjoys traveling, staying active, and indulging in television shows.
