Andy Jaffe joined ROC USA Capital as its Loan Compliance and Asset Management Officer in November 2020.
Andy manages loan covenant compliance with ROC USA Capital’s borrowers. He also coordinates the post-closing watch list process, monitors borrower progress on capital improvement projects and works with borrowers on property management transitions.
Andy graduated from Towson University in Towson, Md., with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, and he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore. Andy is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining ROC USA Capital, Andy worked at Stewart Title Guaranty Company as Commercial Underwriting Counsel and Bank of America as a Commercial Loan Administrator with the Community Development Lending Team.
Outside of ROC USA, Andy enjoys being outdoors, classic cars and cooking. He lives in Rockville, Md., with his wife and two sons.
