Carol Sadrozinske joined ROC USA as its Document Specialist Lead in April 2020.
Carol is responsible for maintaining all documentation for ROC USA. She reviews corporate formation documents for the communities to ensure that they align with the ROC USA model, shares template documentation in each state and works with the attorneys in each state to make sure that templates align with each state’s legislation. She is also responsible for the translation of documents into different languages.
Carol has an associate degree in paralegal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and later graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, N.H., with a bachelor’s degree in English, Language and Literature.
Prior to joining ROC USA, she worked as a paralegal for the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.
Outside of ROC USA, Carol loves rescuing animals and spending time with her sons.
She lives in New Hampshire.
