David Edie joined ROC USA Capital in October 2018 as a loan servicing assistant and has been twice promoted, serving as Senior Portfolio Manager since April 2022.
David manages the escrow and reserve accounts for borrowers and works with communities to help them review their budgets and financial statements. He also reports to participant lenders to assure all investors are receiving needed information while helping answer any questions that may arise.
David graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, N.H., with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He learned about ROC USA from his former professor and ROC USA CFO David Doyon, who encouraged David to apply for an opening at ROC USA.
Outside of ROC USA, David enjoys reading, golfing and traveling to see family in New York and Massachusetts.
He lives in New Hampshire with his wife.
