Dawn Brown joined ROC USA as field operations manager in April 2024.
She manages all of the pre- and post-purchase technical assistance providers on the ROC USA Direct team, their workloads and is the go-to for the day-to-day needs the ROCs that work with that team.
Brown has an extensive background in social services, working with youth, managing people and as a Board Member at Catamount Hill Cooperative in Allenstown, N.H., where she served as Board President for five years. She received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Salem State University and a master’s degree in human services from Springfield College. Brown is also a certified public supervisor.
In her spare time, Brown enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with her son and her cats and dog. She will work remotely from and is eager to join ROC USA.
