Elizabeth Pietrzak joined ROC USA in 2024 as vice president of operations following more than a decade of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth in fast-paced, innovative organizations.
Elizabeth leads the organization’s operational strategy, streamlines processes, and optimizes performance to support ROC USA’s mission of expanding ROCs. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and impact.
Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in communication and sociology from Arizona State University. She was awarded “Business Woman of the Year” twice as well at “Woman of the Year” in San Diego. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, recreational sports and volunteering. She lives in Texas.
