Jayda Ragas joined ROC USA in October 2022 as the Executive Assistant in the Operations Department following work as the lead administrative assistant and assistant registrar at a public charter school in Manchester, N.H.
Jayda spends her time supporting ROC USA CEO Paul Bradley, President Emily Thaden, and Mary O’Hara, executive vice president of ROC Movement, with scheduling, event planning, fundraising, and other projects. She works closely with the ROC Association, attending meetings for technical support and minute-taking as well as providing communications pieces for the ROC Association. She also serves as executive producer of ROC USA’s podcast, Ownership Matters.
Outside of ROC USA, she loves ballroom dancing, reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family
