Jayda Ragas joined ROC USA in October 2022 as the Executive Administrative Assistant. At that time she supported former CEO and founder Paul Bradley, and as of 2024 she now supports the new CEO, Emily Thaden.
In collaboration with and in support of Emily and the Senior Leadership Team, Jayda handles board governance, scheduling, event coordination, fundraising, and other projects. She manages the office in Concord, N.H. and has been known to take on a writing assignment or two for the Communications team. She also serves as executive producer of ROC USA’s podcast, Ownership Matters.
Prior to her current position, Jayda was Lead Administrative Assistant at a public charter school and she looks back fondly on her days as an assistant librarian at her childhood library.
Outside of work, she enjoys ballroom dancing, writing, curling up with a good book, and spending time with loved ones.
