Jennifer Day joined ROC USA as the Director of Program Operations and Grant Administration in 2025. She is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of federal, state, and locally-publicly funded programs.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has assisted communities manage government funded grants, recover from natural disasters, and develop housing and economic development strategies. Most recently, she managed competitive grant programs for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to her career at HUD she worked in the private sector, providing technical assistance and developing community development strategies for state, local, and tribal governments. Jennifer started her community development career working for the Broadmoor Development Corporation, supporting the post Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts in New Orleans, LA.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She enjoys walks through her neighborhood with her dog, and is always on the hunt for a good croissant.
