Jodi Baiyat joined ROC USA in October 2022 as National Acquisitions Director.
Jodi supports ROC USA’s Network of Certified Technical Assistance Provider affiliates in identifying candidate manufactured home communities for purchase by residents, assessing deal feasibility, identifying funding sources, and co-managing the acquisition through closings.
Jodi graduated from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Ill., with a master’s degree in business administration and from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Outside of ROC USA, Jodi enjoys downhill skiing, sailing, crafting with her daughter, and hiking with her husband and three dogs.
She lives in Chicago with her family.
