Juleny Santa Cruz joined ROC USA full time as a cooperative coordinator: technical assistance specialist in April 2024 after working as a contractor since October 2023.
She concentrates on both pre- and post-purchase TA work in Texas. Juleny has a background in community organizing and working with at-risk youth. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Juleny received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and criminology with a minor in Italian from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s of education degree in youth development from University of Illinois Chicago.
In her spare time, Santa Cruz enjoys painting, exploring new restaurants, spending time outdoors, hiking, walking and bike riding as well as going to festivals and flea markets and watching crime documentaries.
