Kiley Staufenbeil

National Community Organizer

Kiley Staufenbeil joined ROC USA in 2024 as a national community organizer in the ROC Movement service unit.

She works to scale ROC leaders’ capacity to advocate and build collective community power. Kiley works closely with the ROC Association Board to implement its priorities and vision – including Member engagement, communications and policy and advocacy work at the local, state and federal levels of government.

Kiley joined ROC USA with a background in digital organizing, seeking out partnerships, training organizations on digital content and its uses and building out a community of digital professionals to share resources and connect with her and each other.

She graduated from San José State University in California, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a dual minor in anthropology and public policy.

Outside of work, Staufenbeil enjoys acting in community theater, participating in local mutual aid projects, shopping for vintage clothes, art and furniture and hanging out with her small and scruffy dog, Jack.
