Leanne Dinverno joined ROC USA in June 2022 as a document specialist.
Leanne maintains all documentation for ROC USA, reviews corporate formation documents for all communities to ensure that they align with the ROC USA model, shares template documentation in each state and works with the attorneys to make sure that templates align with each state’s legislation. She also translates documents into different languages.
Leanne graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Outside of ROC USA, Leanne and three friends run a nonprofit theater company dedicated to the art of storytelling. She also writes and performs on a bi-weekly radio show.
She lives with her family in Maryland.
