Lexmare brings over 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, with a strong background in compliance, asset management, and consulting. Her expertise includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, subsidy administration, and navigating complex regulatory requirements across federal, state, and local agencies.
Prior to joining ROC USA Capital, Lexmare held roles in affordable housing development, compliance and consulting, where she worked closely with property owners and management teams to ensure regulatory adherence, resolve audit findings, and maintain the integrity of affordable housing portfolios.
