Lisa Spiek joined ROC USA as its program operations director on the Training and Continuous Learning team in September 2021.
Lisa focuses on the back-end logistics of the training content and events. She oversees the learning management systems, addresses trouble shooting and technical issues and organizes and plans in-person training events.
Lisa graduated from College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and received her master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from American Intercontinental University.
Prior to joining ROC USA, Lisa worked in higher education, focusing on helping online universities with development resources, financial aid, articulation, and degree planning.
Outside of ROC USA, Lisa enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with friends and family and reading.
She lives in Illinois with her husband, two sons and dog, Sirius.
