Melisa Bustamante joined ROC USA in 2026 as the Operations & Administrative Coordinator, supporting the Office of the President and organizational operations.
Melisa brings five years of experience in administrative coordination, project management, and executive support. In her previous role at JC Traffic Control, she managed complex schedules and coordinated cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless operations and stakeholder engagement.
With a strong commitment to mission-driven work, Melisa is passionate about affordable housing and community empowerment. She is excited to support ROC USA’s efforts to help manufactured home residents achieve economic security through cooperative ownership.
Melisa received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Palermo and currently lives in Gaithersburg, MD. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, working out, and taking piano lessons.
