Prior to joining ROC USA, he held senior legal leadership positions in housing finance and commercial real estate and has helped organizations achieve their missions while navigating complex legal and business challenges. His background includes leadership roles in affordable housing finance, commercial real estate, lending, nonprofit governance, and community development.
