Miranda joined ROC USA in January, 2026 as the Vice President, Finance & Accounting, where she leads our finance and accounting functions as we continue to scale our impact, strengthen financial stewardship and support our network, residents, and partners with transparency.
Miranda is an accomplished CPA and financial leader with a proven record of elevating organizational performance through strategic, data‑driven decision‑making. She specializes in transforming financial strategy into operational excellence, bringing deep expertise in financial planning, capital structure, accounting, compliance, forecasting, and enterprise risk management.
Before joining ROC USA, Miranda served as Vice President of Finance for a women’s health pharmaceutical company, where she championed operational efficiencies, supported commercial expansion, and fostered financial innovation to advance the organization’s mission. She brings a decade of financial acumen following her undergraduate studies at the University of Lynchburg and graduate work at Grand Canyon University.
Outside of her professional work, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Her hobbies include painting, sculpture, gardening, baking, and crochet.
