Nicholas Salerno joined ROC USA as Chief Operating Officer in October 2021 and is based out of ROC USA’s Washington, D.C., office.
In his role, Nicholas champions responsible for building, managing and supporting operations at ROC USA. He is a champion for the staff and supports growth and development organization-wide, and is also responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and goals in the Strategic Planning Process.
Nicholas is a seasoned community development leader whose focus has been operations, technology, and project management with more than 15 years of experience. He most recently served as the Assistant National Director – Senior Community Service Employment Program. Salerno is experienced in leading large national grant-funded programs, in new program development and innovation with a racial equity lens.
Nicholas obtained his bachelor’s degree in international business/marketing from Saint Xavier University in Chicago and holds a master’s in sustainable development, community development, and social action from School for International Training Graduate Institute in Brattleboro, Vt.
In his free time, Nicholas instructs CrossFit classes.
