Ryan Valdez joined ROC USA as an acquisitions associate in August 2024.
He assists in pipeline generation and analyzes new incoming deals as well as ad-hoc projects for building out department processes on the ROC USA Direct team.
Valdez has worked at a large single-family rental company in Austin, Texas, and in the start-up multi-family space doing acquisition work before pivoting to acquisitions in the for-profit manufactured housing and RV space.
Valdez graduated from West Texas A&M University with a double bachelor’s degree in finance and management
Outside of work, Valdez enjoys reading history, sci-fi and fantasy books, gardening and hiking. He works remotely from his home in suburban Austin.
