Sara Drake joined ROC USA in 2026 as a Human Resources & Finance Generalist where she provides integrated support across people operations and financial administration. In this role, Sara supports HR and finance functions that help strengthen internal systems and enable sustainable organizational growth. She collaborates with leadership across teams to ensure effective HR practices, sound financial processes, and compliance with applicable regulations, helping ROC USA achieve its goals in service of resident ownership.
Prior to joining ROC USA, Sara held human resources and operations roles at Mycovia Pharmaceuticals. In her time at Mycovia, she led comprehensive HR operations while partnering closely with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, streamlined processes, and strong operational alignment. She was known as a trusted resource for employees and managers, fostering positive employee experiences and contributing to organizational success.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2025.
Outside of work, Sara places a strong value on creativity, movement, and continuous growth. She enjoys teaching and taking The Dancer’s Workout® classes, doing creative projects, and spending time with her two dogs.
