Tiger Hudson joined ROC USA Capital full time in May 2022 as a loan officer and was promoted as senior loan officer in June 2024.
Tiger handles ROC USA Capital’s loan underwriting and origination activities in the Western United States. She meets with newly forming resident co-ops and helps tailor financing to communities in high-demand areas. Before joining ROC USA Capital, Tiger worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Multifamily West Production Division as a Senior Underwriter in San Francisco, underwriting federal loan insurance for multifamily apartment buildings. Tiger also served as an Economic Development Peace Corps Volunteer in Chota, Peru, for two years and speaks Spanish.
She graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional studies and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Outside of ROC USA, Tiger enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking.
She lives in Colorado.
