
Montana ROC program veteran brings hands-on experience to support community leaders
CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA is pleased to announce that Autumn Tigart has been hired as ROC USA’s Senior Advisor, Governance and Business. Autumn has an extensive background in nonprofits, specifically in executive support, development and fundraising.
Prior to joining ROC USA, Autumn worked as a ROC Program Specialist with NeighborWorks Montana, providing technical assistance to multiple communities across Montana. In that role, she also coordinated and facilitated training and events for ROC residents and leaders and participated in grant writing, tracking, and reporting.
“I most recently was agent in the property and casualty insurance field,” Autumn said, “And I am excited to be returning to nonprofit work with an organization whose mission aligns with my passions of housing preservation and sustainability.”
Autumn’s new role will include providing operational analysis and insight to volunteer Resident Owned Community leaders, while identifying training and collaboration opportunities to support appropriate governance and business practices of their communities.
“I am excited to have Autumn join our sustainability team,” said Dawn Brown, Field Operations Manager. “She brings with her a passion to help our communities improve and move forward. Her past experience working with ROCs will bring a fresh new perspective to the team.”
Autumn is a Montana State University graduate, holdsa Nonprofit Administration Certification from the University of Montana, and has completed coursework with the NeighborWorks America Training Institute in the field of Community Building & Engagement.
Outside of work, she enjoys photography, spending time at many of the lakes across Montana, and rooting for the Montana Grizzlies and Las Vegas Raiders.
She will work remotely from Great Falls, Mont.
