Credit Human, a federal credit union, has expanded programs and continues lowering rates, as recently as last week. The credit union, a regular vendor at ROC Leadership Institute, offers a 5-percent-down option for single- and multi-section homes built after June, 15 1976 (New York only: 1995 build date).
Credit Human has also increased single-wide terms to 20 years (previously maxed at 15 years), which should help more applicants qualify for loans.
