Just Because

Good Day To All,

Well Minnesota had it’s first big snow fall and of course our little park was not untouched. Yeah we have a snow plow contract and thank you to them for being so prepared. Saturday night 12/8/12 as I was in the office doing what I am always doing paperwork. :). The plows guys were taking a drive through to make sure we were ready for what was to come, up to a foot of snow or more. Of course it was more 13.6 inches in our town of Fridley. Sunday morning I headed to the office to prepare for a long day. The plow trucks were onsite and at 8:00 am warming up. All the residents were all ready working hard on their driveways and helping others. Even did some work at my place.

It was now 4:30 pm and I had to go to Saint Paul to help my other half get her house done and wow did we have a lot of work to do. It was a long day and I still had to go to work the next morning (Monday) after working so hard all day Sunday.

The roads were so not fun and I was so late for work. Had to drive in 4-wheel drive the whole way. This was like that for 3 days.

Now here we are the next weekend and they are saying a bad weekend once again.

Yeah I get to go rollering skating tonight with my youngest grand-daughter who is 7 for a birthday party. Yes I know I am old and I still roller skate. I promise not to fall and get hurt.

I will try to get some pictures on the website including our facebook of the snow soon.

I hope everyone in ROC land are doing well and staying warm and safe. I will keep you all posted on the next storm. Can you say come on spring here in Minnesota.

Natividad 🙂
