CONCORD, N.H. — The ROC Association is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for 2025 Better Together Grants from March 17 through May 4.
Applications are due by May 4, and grant recipients will be notified in early June. Projects must be completed by December 31, 2025.
The grant project must be coordinated by at least two Members who do not serve on the Board of Directors.
“Applying for a Better Together Grant is the perfect opportunity for community involvement,” said Kelly Jensen, ROC Association Director for Mountain West Region. “Now is the time to ask your fellow owners what they would like to see done to improve your community. Do you need new mailboxes, playground equipment for your children, your community building painted or flowers to improve the landscape? Please apply for a grant. The application must be completed by owners/Members of your cooperative, they cannot be done by the Board of Directors. This is your chance to show everyone how working together is better.”
Individual grants are available for up to $2,000 with a total of $20,000 available. Any Resident Owned Community with a current or past technical assistance contract with a ROC USA Network Certified TA Provider is eligible to apply. Recipients of last year’s grants are not eligible for this year’s funding.
Countless projects in ROCs are fair game – health and safety, rebranding, beautification, member engagement, and more. For more information about past winners and how to apply, click here.
