Overview
ROC USA seeks a qualified consultant or vendor (“consultant”) to facilitate a strategic process designed to build a mutually beneficial network that includes Certified Technical Assistance Providers (“CTAPs”), ROC USA, ROC USA Capital, and the ROC Association, fostering collaboration, growth, and sustainability. The initiative aims to deepen trust, align goals, address challenges, and enhance the effectiveness of the network in achieving double bottom line objectives.
