We welcome mission-aligned investments that help scale the impact of ROC USA Capital, our affiliated CDFI, which finances resident purchases and community improvements. Investment capital enables us to reach more communities and offer lower-cost financing that supports long-term sustainability.
If you hold a donor-advised fund (DAF), you may also recommend a grant or explore opportunities for mission- or impact-related investing through your DAF sponsor.

At ROC USA, we empower homeowners to purchase their manufactured home communities. We believe that community land ownership improves neighborhoods and benefits everyone who lives there. In Resident Owned Communities (ROCs), homeowners have the ability to make choices on their own terms.
Donations to ROC USA advance our mission to create opportunities for families and individuals to live in affordable, resilient, and self-governed communities. Contributions directly support community organizing, business governance, and access to financing – critical components in preserving affordability and preventing displacement.
