Concord, N.H. – ROC USA® President Paul Bradley will speak alongside Victoria Clark, Real Estate Development Manager at Northcountry Cooperative Foundation (NCF), and Natividad Seefeld, President of Park Plaza Cooperative, at the Innovations in Naturally Affordable Housing Virtual Summit hosted by Population Health Learning Collaborative. The event is slated to take place August 11-12.
Bradley, Clark and Seefeld will speak about their experiences helping manufactured home communities purchase the land under their homes in a session titled “Moving Beyond Yesterday’s Mobile Homes: Resident-Owned Communities.” The focus of the discussion will be on steps to take to ensure residents of manufactured home communities avoid displacement and work towards the goal of cooperative resident ownership.
The virtual summit will offer practical strategies and inspirations for addressing the crisis of affordable housing. Over the two-day summit, there will be 30 sessions and two panel discussions on topics such as innovative ownership models, neighborhood transformation without gentrification, zoning code and policy innovations, and innovative financing options.
