EXETER, N.H. – Beech Tree Cooperative is a small, 55 and older manufactured home community, with 27 homes and a community center, nestled in the woods of Exeter, N.H. The Members were using an older laptop that belonged to a Board Member to connect via Zoom for external business meetings as well as an older printer that was donated by a Member.
