Paul Bradley took to the internet airwaves this week to tell the story of manufactured housing cooperatives.
Bradley, the founding president of ROC USA®, appeared on Tony Loyd’s social entrepreneurship podcast, where he talked about the barriers to and benefits of resident ownership.
Loyd, has a fascinating personal story. He graduated 250th of 259 students in high school and began his working life driving a truck and worked as a janitor. He went back to school in his mid-thirties and began working in the corporate world, eventually with roles such as Global Head of Learning & Development, Director of Global Talent Management and Vice President of Organization & Team Development at companies like John Deere and Buffalo Wild Wings. A few years ago, he left corporate America to being working with entrepreneurs, and now devotes his podcast to bringing social entrepreneurs into the spotlight.
