Rustic Pin

es Estates became the most recent resident-owned community to debut online as its marketing website hit the web this week.

Rustic Pines Estates, in addition to a number of evergreens, is home to numerous hardwood trees that explode in color each fall.

Rustic Pines receives technical assistance from Cooperative Development Institute, whose staff helped Members buy their neighborhood on Nov. 23, 2015.

Secretary Nan Morse worked with a ROC USA contractor to provide content for the site. She said while the marketing site gives the community a professional appearance online, as secretary, she’s personally looking forward to one page in particular.

“With the application materials online, I can just point interested homebuyers to our site where they can print them off themselves,” she said. “It’s going to save me lots of time and save Rustic Pines money in paper and printer ink.”

In addition to application info, the site features the community’s back story, frequently asked questions for potential homeowners, and a virtual tour.

ROC USA® has built about 45 marketing websites for ROCs all across the country. The sites serve as a much-expanded real estate brochure designed to attract new Members to homes for sale and vacant sites. The service is part of the ROC Marketing Program and is free to ROCs that formed since ROC USA’s launch in 2008. Older ROCs can contract for a similar site for a fee.
