The Bangor Daily News is reporting some welcome news from Vacationland (aka Maine), where Cooperative Development Institute has recently helped two communities become resident owned.
Sunset Acres Mobile Home Park is a 24-site community in Thomaston and Sunset Terrace Mobile Home Park is a 76-site community in Rockland. Despite the two different towns, the communities actually border each other.
