ROC USA® today launched a marketing website for Hidden Pines Cooperative, a 15-home resident-owned community in Newport, N.H.
Hidden Pines, which opened in the 1970s and became a ROC in 2010, sits a short ride from Lake Sunapee, which is not only a winter ski destination, but a summer retreat for thousands looking to beat the heat.
The co-op board works with Marcia Sprague of ROC-NH, the ROC USA-Certified Technical Assistance Provider in New Hampshire.
The site (www.hiddenpines.coop) features a description of the community and the surrounding area as well as automated real estate listings from MHVillage.com.
