CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA is pleased to announce that LeTeisha Allen has been hired as a human resources generalist. Allen joins the Operations team, supporting a range of human resources tasks.
“I am very excited to have LeTeisha come onboard to round out the team and bring over her amazing skills in compliance, process improvement and coordination,” said Nicholas Salerno, ROC USA’s chief operating officer. “I am looking forward to partnering with her in regard to improving benefits, managing payroll and human resources analysis.”
Prior to working at ROC USA, Allen was a human resources director for an infrastructure, manufacturing and pipelining company for about three years. She also launched a consulting firm focusing on bridging the gaps between employees and employers and creating healthier work environments through coaching, counseling and advising.
Allen is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business psychology, with a focus on cognitive psychology and a minor in organizational leadership.
In her spare time, Allen loves a good adventure and spending time with her daughters, traveling, visiting museums and enjoying a good cup of coffee at a café. She also loves live music, hiking, deep-sea fishing and hunting.
“I am super excited about joining the team, learning more about the company, being a support to the mission and values of ROC USA and being part of the growth,” Allen said. “I’m even more excited about working collaboratively with a super dynamic group of individuals.”
Allen will work remotely from Houston, Texas.
