Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement
ROC USA prepared an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Main Program seeking $75 million in funding. If awarded, ROC USA intends to sub-grant the funds to several cooperatively owned manufactured home communities to address critical infrastructure needs and to finance the resident purchase of several other communities.
In accordance with the rules governing the PRICE program, a public comment period began Wednesday, June 5, and ended Thursday, June 20. In addition, ROC USA held a public hearing on the draft application, a recording of which is available by clicking the button below.
ROC USA preparó una solicitud para el Programa Principal de la Iniciativa de Preservación y Reinversión para la Mejora Comunitaria (PRICE) del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de EE. UU. en busca de $75 millones en financiación.
