Amy Chhom joined the ROC USA® Cooperative Solutions team in February 2022 as Vice President of Technical and Special Projects.
Amy provides specialized services and resources in property management, infrastructure planning, infill, and more to internal and affiliate staffs.
Amy was originally introduced to the ROC model through her work with Affordable LIHTC Housing in New Hampshire. More recently, she worked with a community owner from New Hampshire with communities in other states who plans to use the ROC model as an exit plan.
Amy has worked most recently as a consultant, assisting private investors with improving the quality and operations of the communities they own. Previously, she led a mill redevelopment project and her experience includes the full life cycle of real estate from conceptual design, acquisition and lease-up, all the way through to stabilization and even disposition.
Real estate wasn’t in Amy’s plans. She attended Massachusetts College of Art, obtaining a fine arts degree with plans be an artist. She fell into a job with a successful real estate entrepreneur that was meant to be short term and never went back.
