CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA® is pleased to announce that Jayda Ragas has been hired as Executive Administrative Assistant in the operations department. Jayda has previously worked as the lead administrative assistant registrar at The Founders Academy, a public charter school for grades 5-12 in Manchester, N.H.
“Jayda is the last piece of the new organizational structure for the ROC USA family,” said Nicholas Salerno, Chief Operating Officer at ROC USA. “She will provide us the necessary discipline to continue to be organized, efficient and hold us accountable to the priorities ahead of us. We are thrilled to see the team fully staffed and eager to get to the next phase of ROC USA.”
In her new role, Ragas will work out of the Concord, N.H., office and spend most of her time focusing on ROC Association and supporting ROC USA President Paul Bradley and Mary O’Hara, executive vice president of ROC Movement. She will help write and rework policies and focus on specific projects for both executives. Ragas is from Candia, N.H., and is pursuing a degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University. In her spare time, she loves to read, write, crochet, play guitar and spend time with friends and family.
“I’m excited because I love helping people,” Ragas said. “I’m passionate about affordable housing and helping people have their own voice.”
