Our success is a reflection of the power of our partnerships

At ROC USA, we believe in the strength of collaboration to create sustainable, thriving communities. Our mission is to make quality living in manufactured home communities affordable and secure by empowering residents to own and manage their communities. Through partnerships, we enhance our ability to provide resources, training and support to Resident Owned Communities nationwide.

For more than 15 years, ROC USA has built strong partnerships with community leaders, housing advocates, impact investors and industry professionals across the nation. Together, we create solutions that promote social and economic equity, enhance the quality of life, and ensure long-term stability for resident owned communities.

Here’s how we’re joining forces to create lasting change

We’re innovating for below-market-rate financing in Colorado

In partnership with seven banks, foundations and other organizations, ROC USA and Thistle Community Housing created an innovative funding pool to enable low-income homeowners in manufactured home communities to capitalize on Colorado’s 2020 community purchase law with below-market-rate financing. This collaboration provides the necessary financial resources and technical assistance for residents to purchase and manage their communities, promoting long-term stability and affordability.

We’re creating housing stability in San Antonio

ROC USA worked closely with the City of San Antonio and San Antonio Housing Trust to facilitate the resident purchase of the Mission Trail manufactured home community. Through this partnership, residents gained ownership and control over their community, ensuring its preservation as an affordable housing option. The collaborative effort included financial support, organizational guidance and strategic capital improvement planning to ensure the community’s success.

We’re accelerating affordability

ROC USA partnered with California’s MORE and SERNA programs to help Oaxacan farmworker families in Fresno purchase Comunidad Nuevo Lago. The partnership provided financing and community development training, reduced monthly site fees by $175, all while fostering unity, generational stability and stronger community bonds.
