ROC Leader joins ROC USA as Field Operations Manager
CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA is pleased to announce that Dawn Brown has been hired as field operations manager at ROC USA. She will manage all of the pre- and post-purchase technical assistance providers on the ROC USA Direct team, their workloads and be the go-to for the day-to-day needs the ROCs that work with that team.
Juleny Santa Cruz Joins ROC USA as Cooperative Coordinator & Technical Assistance Specialist
CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA is happy to announce that Juleny Santa Cruz has been hired as a cooperative coordinator/technical assistance specialist at ROC USA. Santa Cruz began working for ROC USA as a contractor in October 2023 and was hired full time in April 2024.
