LIVINGSTON, Mont. — The city was cleared to receive a $47,500 Community Development Block Grant, for which it applied for the grant on behalf of NeighborWorks^® Montana. NWMT will use the funds to pay an architect to evaluate the best use of a 33-unit apartment building purchased by View Vista Community, Inc., as part of becoming a ROC in 2020.
